Disney World Vaca 2016 - Day 4: Epcot

Well, I think on day 4 we hit a wall. The child that constantly says, "I'm not tired!" said.... and I quote, "Mommy, I'm tired this week." So I guess a few days at Disney World is all we need to wear him down haha! This was him before we left haha, had to peal him out of bed.

Got our Disney shirts on today and ready to go! These were some of my favorite ones! Never grow up!
First try :)
Our first fast pass was for the Spaceship Earth ride in the big golf ball. Just thought we would get that out of the way. We stopped off to the side to finish eating breakfast, and then this happened...

Melt my heart, could they be any sweeter?
It is true what they say about your heart living on the outside of your body once you have kids. Love these two so much.
After the Spaceship Earth ride, (sorry, no pictures from that ride, too dark!) we headed over to the Land to ride the little boat ride there because Jude had fallen asleep in Spaceship Earth, and then walked over to the Sea to ride the Nemo ride and look at the aquarium.

What are we doing here?!?!?
Boat ride time!

Loved seeing all of the greenhouses here!
Time for Nemo!
Love these curious minds!

After the Nemo ride, we started to make our way around the lake to see the different countries. Join us as we travel the world haha!

Canada!

London!

Moracco!

Japan!

America!

So this guy likes turkey legs. Like a lot. Pretty much the whole reason he agreed to coming to Disney World with us. But he deserves a million turkey legs after all the bags and kids he has lugged around and all the times he has folded up that stroller and thrown it onto a bus or another really awkward area or situation. Anyway, he was really excited about finally getting his turkey leg reward.

Turkey leg stand!

One happy Dad here!
We stopped and had lunch here at America! Why not?!
Sorry for the Jude overload, I just love this smiles these days!

"Hey mom, can I just lay here for a minute?"

Italy!
Germany!
China!
"Mom! Let's stop and look at the water!"
I missed taking a picture of Norway (insert cry face emoji here), but we decided to wait in line for the Frozen ride. We waited an hour, which was good according to the hostess. She said normally it is a 70-90 minute wait. I had tried to get a fast pass but didn't look early enough and they were all gone. Yes, ALL of the fast passes for this ride were gone, so definitely grab one fast if you are going in the future! The cool part was that we talked to this English family from a city outside of London for a good part of the time. There were a TON of Europeans at the parks while we were there. Crowds weren't that bad most days, but we were definitely the minority haha!

Mexico!

Boat ride in Mexico! Love this silly ride!

We were walking back around to the front of the park and spotted Pluto! The line was short, so we decided to make a little visit to see him! This duck must have had the same thought! Pluto has always been one of my favorite characters, so I have loved that Jackson has been so attached him this trip!

Jacob and I grabbed some iced coffee (so nice that Starbucks accepts the dining plan because the park coffee was umm well I don't even know what to say about it... ) using one of our snacks from our dining plan, and then we walked over to the Test track to look at some of the cars they have at the end of the ride. I had texted my friend Laura Lee, asking if she had any ideas for us because we had some time before our dinner reservation and she suggested this. It was definitely a hit with the boys! They loved climbing in and out of the cars and pretending to drive them.

I'm pretty sure this is a scene from my future.
He has the best smile.
So we've been letting the boys pick out a souvenir at each park. I know, that could completely bankrupt you if you aren't careful haha... but we obviously put a price limit on what they chose and some days what they were interested in was less than other days, and what was awesome about all of it is that once we got back home, I just erased the purchases on my Capital One Venture card with points I had accumulated. Thought that was pretty cool. :) Love that card by the way, it paid for our flights too! But anyway, when we walked into the gift shop, Jackson saw this Pluto hat and just couldn't live without it. And then decided that Jude needed a hat too. They were so cute wearing them around. :)

After we hit the gift shop, we walked over to the Land for our reservation at the Garden Grill. This was SUCH a cute character dinner! This restaurant actually turns extremely slowly, so you get a different view throughout your whole meal. The characters circle around multiple times too throughout your meal, so we got to see the character so many times! Jackson has made such HUGE strides with the characters, he absolutely LOVED this meal and getting to see all of them! The food was kind of a family style set up, and it was pretty good. The goldfish in the macaroni and cheese cracked me up haha...

I love this shot... these are the moments and faces that I just want to keep in my heart forever.
Chip took Lightening McQueen for a spin!
So excited to see Mickey!

We like things fancy around here!
So, Jude had taken one nap this morning, but I hadn't been able to get him to go back to sleep the whole afternoon. Needless to say, he was way past the point of exhaustion... so of course as soon as we sit down at our table the poor baby looses it. You know, the kind of screaming that everyone within a 20 block radius turns to look an see what's going on. I took him out and walked around with him for the longest time and he finely was able to calm down and go to sleep... but that means we missed some of our meal and he definitely slept through the whole thing haha... but that's ok, you just do what you can and move on, right?!

Mickey is back!
So so tired after that mini nap. Poor baby boy. :(
Second try haha... little better.
After dinner, we headed back to the resort for baths and bedtime!
Bathtime buddies!
Reading our Mickey books before bed!
And that was day four people! Come back for our last day at Disney World, day 5 at Chef Mickey and Magic Kingdom!
